Catholic Country Chronicles Rings in the New Year with a Peek at the Past and Hope on the Horizon

Catholic Country Chronicles began as a seed of hope- an experimental passion project. We were just two sisters who love Jesus and love writing.  We had no idea whether anyone would take the time to read our stories, and, like any new adventure, we didn't know whether we would get sick of it and move on to the next shiny project.

But here we are, ringing in the New Year with nearly 250 published blog posts and 4 years in the rearview mirror. We have never missed publishing a new post each Sunday despite living busy lives and undergoing significant life changes, like planning a wedding, building a house, and collectively having four babies amongst us, with more on the way!

Our website underwent major cosmetic surgery to improve ease of use for our readers and to give it a gorgeous facelift.

But the most significant change for Catholic Country Chronicles has only happened in the past few months- we welcomed our sister, Hannah Molitor, to our team and started a podcast. You don't want to miss out on these fun conversations. You can tune in (and please subscribe) on Youtube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

We have consistently shared our stories about our faith week after week, so what a joy for us to share them in a new way and with a brand-new voice.

Thanks for strolling down memory lane with us. If you have been here from the beginning, we would love to hear what some of your favorite posts have been!

If you are new, here are a few of our favorites from over the years!

As we look ahead, we are excited to continue writing every Sunday and hit the airwaves with our podcast. Our goal for 2026 is to record our blog posts as a short, sweet weekly treat for those who would rather listen than read, in addition to our longer monthly podcast.

Our readers and listeners mean the world to us, so we would LOVE to hear from you! What would you like to hear about? Is there a particular podcast theme you would enjoy? What type of blog post do you enjoy the most?

Please reach out to us directly via text, PM, email, or by commenting on this post so we can better serve you and continue leading hearts to Christ.

Thank you for all of your love and support as we continue our mission of evangelization here at Catholic Country Chronicles.

Until next time, your sisters in Christ,

Abby, Leah & Hannah
